The biggest physical asset to a septic business is the pumper truck. After months of searching for the right truck, a wanted post turned up a beautiful 2006 Mack Granite pumper truck, equipped with a 5,000 gallon capacity tank and a sewer line jetter. This truck is the beginning of the face of Palm Septic Service. 

After Andy completed his master septage operators testing, he began working on the licensing and the legal requirements for starting a business. The abnormal mild Wisconsin winter gave us a head start on the season. Beginning on April 1st, 2024, Andy hit the ground running. To gain recognition in the first months we sent postcard fliers to over 1000 local homes that needed their septic maintained.
